Restaurant MANAGER
With Catalan roots, Eric was born and raised in Carcassonne, so has been surrounded by food and wine since a young age. His love affair with restaurants in London began as a junior waiter at La Tante Claire, with Pierre Koffman. In 1994 he joined the Ivy, and has worked with the team ever since, apart from a short break on the QE2 and also to become a yoga instructor.
