From an Italian family but grown up in London, Graziano has been an operator in the West End since the mid ’70s. He started life on the floor at Langan’s Brasserie where he spent almost three decades, followed by stints at Gilgamesh & Colbert. In between all of this, he has even found the time to scout for young talent at Arsenal Football Club.
