Lewis is from Devon and has cooked professionally since 2007, with time spent in wonderful kitchens such as the Mason’s Arms in Knowstone. Since arriving in London, he has worked across the Caprice Holdings portfolio, most significantly at Le Caprice and 34 Mayfair, before joining the team to launch Arlington. Lewis loves hiking in the Lake District and Dartmoor.
