Mani is a Hungarian anglophile, and loves kitchens. His passion is making kitchens work smoothly and solving problems. He has been working in London for thirteen years, with five of those spent at Corbin & King, his background is in hotels as well as restaurants. He spends his free time with his two boys and produces music to relax.
