Vitek has been in London since 2012. He left his native Czech Republic for a short vacation in London, and never returned. Starting at Bar Américain in Brasserie Zédel, his passion and drive for cocktails and high end bar operations is tangible. His favourite place to get away from it all is the Scottish Highlands.
